Who owns the DigiGold that I purchase?

When you purchase DigiGold, you own the gold and have full legal title to it. The Royal Mint acts as custodian, securely storing the physical gold on your behalf.

The gold is not lent, leased or otherwise used by The Royal Mint, and The Royal Mint has no direct claim over the gold you purchase.
